Free tool: replies to your Google reviews in English & Arabic

For agencies & multi-location businesses

Your clients get reviews. Your team spends hours answering them.

No access to any Google account. Nothing is posted on your behalf.

Fictional example: three Google reviews of a restaurant, each with a suggested reply drafted by AvisNova.

What you get

One listing, three things in your inbox

The replies your team would have spent the afternoon writing, and a second pair of eyes on the reviews that don't look right.

30 replies, ready to post

One reply to each of the listing's last 30 Google reviews, in the language of the review (English or Arabic) and in the venue's tone. Your team reads them, adjusts if needed, and posts.

A flag on anything suspicious

We look at the pattern of recent reviews: a burst of 1★ in a few days, near-identical wording, new profiles. If something stands out, we tell you what and why.

A real measure of the time saved

Compare with how long your team takes today to answer 30 reviews by hand. That is the number that tells you whether it is worth offering to every client.
Why agencies care

You already sell review management. The writing is what eats the margin.

Replying to reviews is in most Google Business Profile packages, and it is done by hand, one listing at a time. The more clients you sign, the more hours it takes. Drafted replies let your team review and post instead of writing from scratch.

  • Your team reviews and posts instead of writing
  • Same service for your clients, fewer hours behind it
  • English and Arabic covered without an extra writer
  • Suspicious patterns spotted before the client calls you

Fake reviews are on the radar in the UAE: on 13 October 2026, Dubai Police announced arrests over coordinated fake Google reviews, as reported by Khaleej Times and The National.

FAQ

Before you send a listing

Is it really free?

Yes. One listing, its last 30 reviews, replies sent within 48 hours. No card, no account, no commitment. If it is not useful, you simply keep the replies.

Who posts the replies?

You do. Nothing is published automatically and we never ask for access to the Google account. You receive the replies by email, you review them, and your team posts the ones you approve.

What about fake review attacks?

We flag unusual patterns (sudden bursts of negative reviews, repeated wording, brand-new profiles) and help you document a report to Google with dates and links. Google alone decides whether a review is removed: no one can promise a removal, and we don't.

We manage several locations. Does it work?

Yes. Start the test with one listing. Afterwards, the Multi plan covers up to 5 businesses, each with its own review inbox. For agencies with more clients, we discuss offering it under your brand.

Do you handle Arabic reviews?

Yes. Each reply is written in the language of the review, Arabic included, so your team doesn't need an Arabic writer to serve a local venue.
