AvisNova places great importance on protecting your personal data, in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where applicable, other data-protection laws such as the EU GDPR.

Data we collect

• Contact data: email address, name, business name.
• Data provided during an audit: industry, city, rating, and profile activity.
• Service usage data (generated content, settings).

Purposes

• Provide the service (generating replies and posts).
• Send you your audit and related advice, with your consent.
• Improve the service and provide support.

Legal basis

Consent (marketing communications and audit), performance of the contract (providing the service), and legitimate interest (improving and securing the service).

Retention period

Your data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable legal retention periods. Prospect data is kept for up to 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your data, as well as to object to and restrict its processing. To exercise these rights: contact@avisnova.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent UAE data-protection authority (or, where applicable, your local supervisory authority).

Processors

We use technical service providers (hosting, AI provider, payment processing) that are contractually bound to protect your data. Data may be processed by providers located outside the UAE, subject to appropriate safeguards.

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for it to function. Any analytics cookies are only set with your consent.

Google user data (Business Profile connection)

If you choose to connect your Google Business Profile, AvisNova accesses your Google account data solely to provide the service: reading the reviews of the business location(s) you connect, and publishing the replies you have approved. We request the business.manage scope for this sole purpose. We never post or modify anything on your profile without your explicit approval.

AvisNova's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the secure hosting needed to operate the service. Access and refresh tokens are stored securely, used server-side only, and permanently deleted when you disconnect your account.
