Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the provision of AvisNova, an online software that helps businesses manage their Google reputation (replying to reviews, publishing Google posts, and requesting reviews).

2. Subscription and pricing

The service is offered as a monthly subscription with no commitment (Free plan, Pro at AED 199/month, and Multi at AED 449/month). Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). A free trial is available on the Pro plan.

3. Billing and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is made by credit or debit card through our secure payment provider.

4. Cancellation

The subscription has no commitment period and can be cancelled at any time from your account, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is due for the period already started.

5. Acceptable use

The customer agrees to use the service in line with Google's policies and all applicable laws. AvisNova helps draft replies and posts that the customer reviews and publishes under their own responsibility. The service does not generate fake reviews, does not filter out dissatisfied customers, and does not incentivize reviews — all of which are prohibited practices.

6. Availability

AvisNova uses reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing that it will be entirely free from interruption.

7. Liability

AvisNova's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the subscription over the last 12 months. The customer remains responsible for the content they publish.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and in particular those applicable in the Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Free Zone. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, failing an amicable resolution.
